On Sunday, June 19, 2026, youth participants engaged in activities at the Douglas County Fair in Ralston. Ten-year-old William Fendrick prepared a hen for a 4-H group showing. Lathan Huntley, 15, presented a modern game bantam hen that he bred himself. Additionally, nine-year-old Weston Krause practiced showing his rabbit with assistance from his mother, Katie.
