10 most expensive homes sold in Burlington County, Aug. 3-9

Between August 3-9, several New Jersey counties recorded top residential sales. Ocean County led with a Long Beach Township home selling for $3.9 million, followed by a Margate City property in Atlantic County at $3.4 million. In Passaic County, a Woodland Park home sold for $1.85 million. Burlington County's top sale was a Shamong single-family home at $740,000, while Camden County's highest sale was a West Berlin single-family residence priced at $619,000 during this period.
