10 most expensive homes sold in Mercer County, Aug. 3-9

Between August 3-9, several high-value residential real estate sales occurred across New Jersey counties. In Monmouth County, a Spring Lake single-family home led with a $9.75 million sale. Princeton saw a top sale of $2.26 million in Mercer County. Meanwhile, Warren County's most expensive property was a Hackettstown home sold for $1.11 million, and Gloucester County's peak sale was a Mullica Hill residence at $1.1 million.
