During the week of August 24-30, high-end residential real estate sales peaked in two regions. In Cape May County, a single-family home in Avalon recorded the highest sale at $8.95 million. Meanwhile, the most expensive property sold in Ocean County was a single-family residence located in Long Beach Township, which fetched $3.84 million.
