10 most expensive homes sold in Somerset County, July 27-Aug. 2

Between July 27 and August 2, the most expensive residential real estate sales in two counties were recorded. In Cape May County, a single-family home in Cape May Point led the list with a sale price of $2.9 million. Meanwhile, in Somerset County, the top sale was a single-family home located in Belle Mead, which sold for $1.86 million. Both properties represent the highest residential transactions in their respective regions for that specific week.
