Between September 14-20, the most expensive residential real estate sales in Sussex County were led by a single-family home in Newton, which sold for $867,000. During the same period, the top sale in Essex County was a single-family home located in Montclair, which sold for $3.33 million. Both properties topped their respective lists of the ten most expensive homes sold within their specific counties during this one-week timeframe in September.
