10 most expensive homes sold in Union County, Sept. 7-13

During the week of September 7-13, high-end residential real estate sales were recorded in Union and Ocean Counties. In Union County, the most expensive property was a single-family home in Summit, which sold for $1.94 million. Meanwhile, Ocean County saw a significantly higher top sale, with a single-family home in Bay Head selling for $6.55 million. Both properties led their respective lists of the ten most expensive homes sold in those regions during that period.
