Man charged with murder of driver after allegedly shooting him in The Heights, HPD says

A 19-year-old man faces murder charges following a fatal shooting in The Heights. According to HPD, the incident occurred last Thursday after an argument broke out between the suspect and a stranger. The victim, identified as 30-year-old Dreliene Washington, was shot several times while inside his vehicle.
