Recent residential real estate sales show Hoboken leading with a home sold for $4.75 million. Other top sales include Bridgewater at $1.34 million, Hillsborough at $1.29 million, and Morris Plains in the Parsippany-Troy Hills area at $1.26 million. Bayonne, North Bergen, and Lakewood recorded top sales of $1.24 million, $1.2 million, and $1.2 million respectively. Additionally, Linden, Berkeley, Passaic, Plainfield, and New Brunswick saw top sales ranging from $940,000 down to $695,000 during these periods.
