Police searching for 64-year-old missing boater in N.J.

Authorities in Ohio discovered a 16-year-old girl at the Springfield residence of Jobe Binkley, 48, after she had been missing for nine months. Binkley, a former teacher, now faces one count of interference with custody following the third police visit to his home on August 21. Separately, police in New Jersey are searching for a missing 64-year-old boater after an unmanned boat was located near Seatreak Pier in Atlantic Highlands.
