13-year-old shot in Englewood

Two separate incidents involving 13-year-olds were reported. In Chicago, a boy was shot in the leg while inside an Englewood home on South Emerald Avenue; he was transported to Comer's Children’s Hospital in good condition, and no suspects are in custody. Meanwhile, in Kerala's Alappuzha, a 13-year-old girl and three other minors were taken into custody. They are allegedly involved in plotting the murder of the girl's 67-year-old grandfather with her boyfriend's assistance.
