Topeka Fire Department honors 9/11 with remembrance ceremony

The Topeka Fire Department and other officials held a 9/11 remembrance ceremony to honor the victims and heroes of the attacks. During the 25th Anniversary 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony, Interim Fire Chief Kevin Bentz delivered the keynote speech. The event took place on Friday at the Yellowstone County Courthouse lawn, serving as a solemn occasion for the community to gather and reflect on the events of September 11 through a formal commemorative program.
