Why Haley Stevens Can’t Stop Talking About Abdul El-Sayed

Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed is criticizing Rep. Haley Stevens for attempting to relitigate their primary. This conflict follows Stevens' demand that El-Sayed apologize for his comments regarding Israel shortly before the high-stakes election. Stevens indicated she would appear with El-Sayed for the first time since their August primary. In a separate interview, Stevens expressed her disappointment and mentioned she was considering converting to Judaism, a decision that her fiancé also had thoughts about.
