According to NVIDIA, the RTX 5090 is still in production!

NVIDIA has officially refuted rumors claiming the RTX 5090 was discontinued to reserve GB202 chips for professional graphics cards like the RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell. While previous reports suggested the GPU might be cancelled, the company confirmed it remains in production. However, the RTX 5090 has mysteriously vanished from NVIDIA's official marketplace, leading to further questions about its availability despite the company's statements denying the claims that the hardware was dead or replaced.
