Hacktoberfest Open-Source AI Challenge Week 1: Touch Grass Submission 🌿

Two submissions for the Hacktoberfest Open-Source AI Challenge Week 1 focus on offline functionality. Trailhead is a hiking planner utilizing an open-weight model running locally on machines to provide routes and gear checklists without internet or API keys. Similarly, Touch Grass Sports AI is an open-source tool generating personalized outdoor sports challenges based on fitness level and location. It operates via Local LLM through Ollama or a rule-based mode to encourage real-world physical activity.
