AI-Native Insurance for Agentic AI: Pricing, Underwriting, and End-to-End Automation

A new AI-native mathematical framework has been developed to address insurance challenges posed by Agentic AI. Since autonomous AI systems can modify environments and invoke tools, this framework focuses on underwriting, pricing, and contract design. It represents deployments through risk states involving autonomy levels, operational authority, and governance maturity. This system maps these states to event probabilities, loss severities, and premiums to determine coverage allocation and policy covenants for agentic AI deployments.
