TBI: Silver Alert issued for missing Clarksville woman

The TBI has issued a Silver Alert for a woman missing from Clarksville. Simultaneously, the Texas Department of Public Safety released an Amber Alert for an 11-month-old boy. The infant is believed to be with a 20-year-old woman. Both individuals were last spotted on June 30 at 10 a.m. on the 7000 block of West Westmoor Road in Odessa, Texas. Authorities are actively seeking information regarding the current location of these missing persons.
