Teacher living in Hudson charged with raping 14-year-old student

A former Lynn and Lowell teacher living in Hudson was arraigned Wednesday on charges of raping a 14-year-old middle school student. The Essex County District Attorney’s Office announced the charges against the individual, who had previously been named an Amazon ‘teacher of the year’. At the time of the alleged incidents, the defendant taught eighth grade. The legal process is now underway following these serious allegations of child rape involving the former educator in Lynn.
