Twitch Now Trains Amazon's Generative AI Models On Your Channel By Default

Twitch has implemented a new feature that trains Amazon's generative AI content models using user channels by default. While users can now opt out to prevent their livestreams from being used for future Gen AI model improvements, the setting remains active automatically. Twitch CPO Mike Minton stated during a livestream that the feature was not made opt-in because he believed users would not choose to participate, confirming that user-generated content has supported Amazon AI training for years.
