Anthropic in talks for second multibillion-dollar Nscale deal - CNBC

Anthropic is currently in talks with Nscale for a new AI cloud computing deal potentially worth $45 billion. This follows a previous August agreement for rental power at the Monarch data center campus in West Virginia. The proposed second facility would provide 460 megawatts of computing power utilizing advanced Nvidia Vera Rubin AI chips. This expansion aims to significantly increase the computing capacity available to the maker of Claude through Nscale's specialized data center infrastructure.
