Trump Drops Restrictions On Anthropic's Mythos and Fable Models

The Trump administration has lifted export restrictions that previously blocked public access to Anthropic's Mythos and Fable models. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick stated that Anthropic agreed to proactively address security risks, collaborate with the U.S. government on release protocols, and report malicious activity. Consequently, Anthropic will begin restoring global access to its most powerful AI models, specifically Fable 5 and Mythos 5, following these agreements and the government's decision to remove the restrictions.
