Apple proposes commissions of up to 15% for off-App Store purchases in the US

Apple has submitted a court-ordered proposal regarding commissions for U.S. apps linking to purchase options outside the App Store. In the Epic Games case, Apple suggests charging 15 percent for standard apps, 10 percent for specific partner programs and subscription renewals, and 5 percent for Small Business Program participants. This structure targets digital purchases made via external links. Epic Games has responded to the filing, claiming that Apple's requested fee structure is far outside the bounds.
