Apple announces changes for apps in the European Union

Apple announced updated business terms for apps in the European Union after collaborating with the European Commission. These changes simplify operations by moving all EU developers to a single set of terms. Apple will charge commissions on digital goods and services. The Core Technology Fee is replaced by the Core Technology Commission, a 5% fee on transactions for apps outside the App Store. Additionally, the Initial Acquisition Fee and Store Services Fee have been completely eliminated.
