Samsung responded to the announcement via social media with sarcastic posts, suggesting Apple is reheating leftovers and using the #ItsTimeToSwitch hashtag. The iPhone Duo will compete directly with the Galaxy Z Fold8 and other existing foldable devices, while the Galaxy Z Fold8 starts at 1,899.
