Boeing to Fold Its Flying-Taxi Venture Into Rival Archer Aviation

Boeing is selling three of its electric vertical takeoff and landing subsidiaries, including Wisk Aero and SkyGrid, to Archer Aviation. As part of the deal, Boeing will take an undisclosed stake in the San Jose-based company. The acquired businesses focus on autonomous electric aircraft and air traffic management systems.
