Ari Emanuel’s Mari Acquires Broadway and West End Theater Owner ATG Entertainment

Mari, the global events company founded by Ari Emanuel, has acquired ATG Entertainment from Providence Equity Partners. The deal, estimated at $6 billion, is subject to regulatory approval. ATG Entertainment operates 70 venues across the U.S., U.K., Germany, and Spain, including seven on Broadway and ten on London's West End. These theaters have hosted major productions such as Wicked, The Lion King, and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, establishing Mari as a major player in live theater.
