Coinbase-backed Flowdesk secures full broker-dealer license in Dubai

Coinbase-backed Flowdesk has secured a full broker-dealer license from VARA in Dubai. This regulatory milestone follows the firm's MiCA authorization in France, strengthening its global market reach and institutional compliance. Simultaneously, ARP Digital has also obtained a VARA broker-dealer license in Dubai. This allows ARP Digital to provide regulated stablecoin and digital asset conversions into UAE dirhams, facilitating the company's strategic expansion across the Gulf region beyond its existing operations in Bahrain.
