Cordovan apartments and new coffee shop

Oliver Properties has completed a $7 million renovation of the former Rudman property, transforming it into Cordovan on the Park. Located at 500 North 13th Street and Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis, the project converts the site into lofts. As part of the development, a new coffee shop named Coffeestamp has officially opened for business on the ground floor of the building, marking the final stage of the real estate investor's renovation efforts.
