As International Pressure Grows, Israel Finally Opens Probe into 2024 Killing of Hind Rajab in Gaza

The Israeli military has launched a probe into the January 2024 killing of 5-year-old Hind Rajab and six relatives after soldiers fired on their car fleeing Gaza City. The investigation also covers the deaths of Palestine Red Crescent Society medics and 15 Palestinian paramedics found in a Rafah mass grave in March 2025. Despite this, Hind Rajab's mother, Wesam Hamada, is calling for an independent inquiry into the incident amid growing international pressure on Israel.
