As states deal with student homeless rates, nonprofits do what government can't

Oregon school districts are struggling to address the needs of unhoused students and ensure they graduate on time, as the state faces some of the highest student homelessness rates in the nation. Because government entities are unable to fully manage these challenges, nonprofit organizations are stepping in to provide the necessary support.
