Outside Agent: a local-first prompt that gets the screen out of the way

Outside Agent is a command-line tool for the Hacktoberfest Open-Source AI Challenge that creates outdoor micro-adventures based on time, energy, and interests. Similarly, Trail Kit is an offline-first, open-source toolkit designed to reduce screen time. It includes Trail Birder for on-device bird call identification, Frost Gardener for planting schedules based on frost dates, and Foliage Run Club for creating group-run routes. Both projects aim to make digital interaction the shortest part of the outdoor experience.
