Talarico takes questions solo in CNN-Jubilee town hall amid tight Senate race

Texas Democrat James Talarico participated in a CNN and Jubilee town hall on Wednesday, appearing solo to address undecided voters. In a tight Senate race against Republican Ken Paxton, Talarico positioned himself as a moderate prioritizing Texans over party lines. He faced questioning on foreign aid, abortion, and Israel's military campaign in Gaza. Additionally, a voter challenged the authenticity of Talarico's faith regarding his past description of God as nonbinary, while Talarico urged Paxton to debate.
