At least 15 people may be missing after flash flood in Arizona’s Grand Canyon

The National Park Service reports that at least 15 people are missing or unaccounted for following a major flash flood in Arizona's Grand Canyon on Saturday afternoon. The event impacted Bright Angel Canyon and Phantom Ranch. In response, park staff and the Arizona department of public safety have successfully evacuated more than 60 individuals as of Sunday morning. Search and rescue efforts continue as officials manage the aftermath of the sudden flooding within the national park.
