Banijay Entertainment Unites US Operations With Banijay America Following All3Media Merger

Banijay Entertainment has unified its US operations into Banijay America following a merger with All3Media. Ben Samek is appointed CEO of this combined Americas structure, reporting to deputy chief executive officer Jane Turton. The new division now includes Turnkey Studio Services. Additionally, Banijay Entertainment has launched Banijay Latin America to manage production businesses and activities within that specific region.
