Bay Area hit-and-run suspect arrested in Israel

A 23-year-old man was arrested in Israel for a deadly hit-and-run that occurred on November 11, 2017, in South San Francisco near El Camino Real. Separately, Charles Medina was arrested for manslaughter after fatally striking boxer Hannah Rapp with his vehicle in College Station, Texas, on July 18. Medina reportedly has a prior history of legal issues involving reckless driving and hit-and-run incidents, while the first suspect allegedly fled the country for nine years.
