Buffalo man accused of mail theft, bank fraud

Jaquan Greene, a 20-year-old Buffalo man, faces charges of conspiracy to commit mail theft, bank fraud, and aggravated identity theft. He allegedly used postal service keys to steal mail from collection boxes in Cheektowaga to deposit stolen checks. Separately, Adam Walker, a Billings man previously imprisoned for blinding an infant, is now accused of insurance fraud. Prosecutors allege Walker significantly overstated the value of several lawnmowers he reported as stolen to his insurance provider.
