I Built an NDA-Safe Proposal Scoper That Runs Gemma on My Laptop

ScopePilot is a local-first AI-powered proposal and project-scoping assistant built using Gemma 3. Designed for freelancers and boutique agencies, it transforms unstructured client briefs and long RFPs into professional proposals, deliverables, and milestone plans. By running locally on a laptop, ScopePilot ensures that confidential data remains secure, preventing material breaches of contract associated with cloud chatbots. This tool eliminates hours of unpaid administrative work while maintaining strict NDA compliance for enterprise-level project requirements.
