Taylor Jenkins Reid Movie ‘Atmosphere’ Lands at Black Bear

Black Bear has acquired worldwide distribution rights for Atmosphere, a live-action space thriller based on the bestselling novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Produced by Laika, the film will receive a theatrical release after a highly competitive bidding process. Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, the directors of Captain Marvel, are appointed to write and direct the movie. This project brings together the Academy Award-winning indie studio Black Bear and Laika for this cinematic adaptation of the global hit.
