Bleecker Street Sells to Outerlight Entertainment

Outerlight Entertainment, formerly known as First Look Entertainment, has acquired the independent feature studio Bleecker Street. Founded in 2014 by Andrew Karpen, Bleecker Street currently has the Alex Gibney documentary Musk in release. CEO Kent Sanderson will continue to lead the indie distribution label independently under the new ownership. This acquisition brings the studio and its library under Outerlight Entertainment, while ensuring that Sanderson remains at the helm to spearhead the studio's ongoing independent operations.
