Boy, 13, critically wounded after being shot by 9-year-old in Fuller Park

A 13-year-old boy is in critical condition after being shot in the shoulder on Friday afternoon in Fuller Park, Chicago. Police report that a 9-year-old boy fired a single shot from a handgun inside a home located in the 4200 block of South Wells Street around 4 p.m. The victim was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center for treatment. Detectives recovered the firearm at the scene and are currently investigating the shooting incident.
