Bucks County sheriff's deputy accused of taking photos of naked prisoners

Former Bucks County Sheriff's Deputy Ryan Gaffney, 46, has been charged with taking nude photographs of two men while they were in custody during separate investigations. According to District Attorney Joe Khan, Gaffney allegedly captured these images and subsequently shared them with personal contacts and colleagues.
