Warren Buffett says Bill Gates’ Epstein ties were ‘distasteful,’ but everybody makes mistakes: ‘Life goes on’

Warren Buffett has ceased his donations to the Gates Foundation following revelations about Bill Gates' connections to Jeffrey Epstein, which Buffett described as distasteful. Despite their thirty-five-year friendship, the Oracle of Omaha announced he will instead donate $6 billion in Berkshire Hathaway stock to four family foundations led by his children. Buffett noted that everyone makes mistakes and that life goes on, while notably excluding the Gates Foundation from his recent charitable contributions this year.
