Building RecallIQ: Development Workflow, Testing and What We Learned

RecallIQ is an AI customer support agent developed using Hindsight, Groq, and Flask, with a frontend built on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, deployed via Render. Created to prevent AI agents from forgetting previous customer interactions, it follows a Recall, Understand, Resolve, Verify, and Remember workflow. Developed during a hackathon, the project focused on building the smallest useful system, testing layers independently, and ensuring a working demo based on verified features and strict engineering decisions.
