Building Ruko for a Friend

Two developers are participating in the Hacktoberfest Weekend Challenge to build tools for friends. One is creating a local AI hair stylist to help a friend manage 4C hair routines, addressing issues like shampooing and moisturizing. The other is developing Ruko, a privacy-first scam warning assistant. Ruko utilizes open-source Gemma AI running locally, incorporating a privacy layer to protect sensitive data like OTPs and PINs from being sent to the AI model.
