Byron Allen Sells His Stake in Starz

Media mogul Byron Allen has sold his entire stake in Starz, which he had acquired earlier this year through a deal with Steve Mnuchin. Having held more than 10 percent of the company for seven months, Allen liquidated all of his shares throughout August and September. The total value of the divestment is reported to be almost $45 million. This transaction marks the complete exit of the mogul from his position within the company.
