Bystander Who Killed School Shooter Identified as Father Who Carries Concealed

Kaylub Giamanco, a father of two daughters attending Silver Rail Elementary, has been identified as the bystander who killed the school shooter. According to the chief, Giamanco followed the suspected gunman into the building and fatally shot him inside a special needs classroom where the shooting occurred. Police confirmed that Giamanco carries a concealed weapon. The incident ended when the father took down the gunman, preventing further violence within the educational facility during the attack.
