Parents from Arcadia surrogacy mansion arrested on child abuse conspiracy charges

Authorities arrested Guojun Xuan, 65, and Sylvia Zhang, 38, on Tuesday for suspicion of conspiracy to commit child abuse and witness intimidation. This action follows a case where police rescued 21 of their biological children from an Arcadia mansion over a year ago. Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced the arrests during a press conference, linking the couple to a mass surrogacy case involving the rescue of the children from the residence in Arcadia.
