18-year-old man shot, critically injured in north St. Louis

The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department reported two separate shooting incidents in north St. Louis. On Sunday afternoon, an 18-year-old man was critically injured in the 800 block of Makalu Drive at the Rivertrail Apartments. Additionally, on Saturday afternoon around 5 p.m., a 32-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound in the 5400 block of N. Euclid Avenue. Officers responded to both scenes to provide assistance and initiate investigations into these violent events within the city.
