Capcom states that a transition to an all-digital future will not have a significant impact on its operations. During a recent financial Q&A session, the company revealed that approximately 90% of its unit sales are already digital. This outlook comes as Sony prepares to cease PS5 disc production by January 2028. Consequently, the Japanese publisher remains unfussed by the shrinking physical media market, as the vast majority of its revenue is digitally driven.
