Luis Silberwasser Exiting TNT Sports as Paramount-Warner Bros. Merger Closes

Luis Silberwasser is exiting TNT Sports following the closure of the Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery merger. David Berson, the president of CBS Sports since 2024, will expand his portfolio to lead the combined division. Berson will assume responsibility for sports across Skydance, which will serve as the umbrella organization for CBS and TNT Sports and their parent companies, Paramount and WBD. The merger between the two entities is valued at approximately $111 billion.
